Lisa Reich is the owner and chief creative designer of Nouveau Reich Cakes. Lisa has loved baking since an early age and began taking cake decorating and bread baking classes at the age of 11. Now with two young boys, she has plenty of requests for home baked goodies. Her cakes are colorful, stylish, unique and tasty.

The company started with a few pretty cakes for family and friends and word of mouth spread like wild. Lisa saw that options for a beautiful party cake were limited and decided to offer her customers unusual, creative, and out of the ordinary cakes for any occasion. Customers often choose to coordinate their cakes to their event through use of color, flowers, invitation design, personal hobbies or interests — the options are endless.

Lisa’s success has opened the door for Nouveau Reich Cakes to serve a wide variety of clients including: Brides, local restaurants, gourmet specialty shops, local charities and the New York Aquarium's 50th anniversary.
